• Parking: Do not park in driveways of tour locations.

• Respect & Safety: Follow home/garden monitors’ requests and respect NO ENTRY areas.

• Footwear: Wear comfortable, flat-soled shoes. Booties will be provided for indoor areas.

• Caution: Use handrails and always watch your footing.

• Photography:

  • No interior or private property photography (including porches, driveways, and lawns).

  • Garden photography is allowed but must not disrupt the tour.

• Etiquette:

  • No food, drinks, or touching items inside homes or gardens.

  • Bathrooms are not available for guest use.

  • Silence cell phones at all tour locations.

• Age Restriction: Guests must be 16+; no children permitted.

• Liability Notice: Our insurance policy through McLean & Dickey covers guests, members, volunteers, and homeowners for personal injury and property damage.
